One of method:
Just hold you hair in one hand while you use your other hand to wrap the band around the hair. It is easiest to anchor one hook onto the base of the ponytail (between your hand and scalp) then keep tension on the band as you wrap it around. Then anchor the other hook onto the base of your ponytail
