Will improve the shift feel and responsiveness on your vehicle. 
Will replace the soft, spongy, factory rubber bushings and remove all flexing common to rubber and plastic type bushing, which will help eliminate shifter movement and miss shifts.
Will work with the factory shifter and other aftermarket shifters.
